In 1980 C. Wayne Manning Agency was born because of a vision: hard work, honesty and determination would result in a business to be proud of. Armed with two basic principles, "people need insurance" and "they want to purchase it from someone they can trust," Wayne Manning started what is now known as Partners Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. Focusing on Commercial, Financial and Personal lines accounts, Partners Insurance soon became one of the largest Nationwide premium agencies in West Virginia.

Upon the death of the founder,, in 2016 Clarence Lykins took over as the Owner & President of Partners Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. Now with 3 locations, we continue to provide our clients with value through our products and services, not only through Nationwide but thru multiple other insurance carriers as well. Our missions at Partners Insurance always will be to continue to lead in the insurance and financial services industry.
